I just started to get into home roasting and I was lucky enough to come across your Green Been Coffee Logger. I knew I needed a spreadsheet and had made some feeble attempts before I found your jewel. Since I made a mess of my early sheets I can really appreciate your great work.
The brackets on the graph for Drying, Maillard, and Roasting is pure genius and makes real time adjusting of the roast much more intuitive.
I was stunned to see the calculation for Scott Rao’s development time ratio. My apologies for repeating myself, but that is pure genus.
